Help with product shot lighting

Hello,

I am looking for some advise. I need to take the exact same product shot as this and was hoping I get get some help in terms of what lighting set up I should go for. Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks fairly straight-forward to me. A single overhead strobe w/ soft-box should work just fine. What equipment do you have access to?

I agree...looks pretty simple to me. A soft (large) light source above the shirt.

I'd agree with everyone else. Large softbox, and the book that Mike suggested is great. It basically breaks down the ways that light affects your photos, and how to make it work to get the results you want. If you dont have access to studio equipment, you can always use a bright worklight or speedlight if you have one and a reflector (or standard height white ceiling) to bounce it back onto the subject. Theres a few different ways to achieve the same results.
