As far as the conversion goes, I think just a touch more contrast wouldn't go amiss. It' a cute image and a precious moment, 'though I can't help wishing that some of the stray hair in the centre of her face had been brushed away.

Cute picture. Seeing this on my iPhone. Looks good, as per above, a nit would be the stray hairs, yet that is authentic!

Thanks for the input - the capture/image was taken at a Memorial Day barbecue unplanned. I was invited as I pulled up in my driveway - neighbors kid.

I think it's pretty good as a candid, maybe some selective burning on the hat and making the scleras white
