It's called an Orchard Spider. It's considered to be one of the most beautiful spiders in the world.
It's tiny. Like a half inch or so, give or take.
My experience is that they weave their webs low. People never see them because they're so small and walk right thru their webs.
I'm in Louisiana , so we have them here. This spider has been a subject of mine for a year now.
I go back to the same subjects. I shoot them again. Then I shoot them again under different light. Then again, and again.
Until I'm satisfied with my results. Which I never am.

I know where they live. I can find them with relative ease. If I have to spend days and wait months ( until they come out) to get shots like these, and burn thru 16 gig sd cards along the way, I will.
Persistence overcomes resistance every single time. That's where I am with Photography.

Hopefully I'll leave a few more like it, in my wake.

Had my nose broke 4 times in the ring. Once out of the ring. Did it because I had to. Gotta be a little crazy to do that.
I do this because I want to. I'm fighting for something else now. You aint seen nothin yet.
Gimme another year..............and another. I intend to be good at this. Just like I was in the ring. I don't care how much it costs.
I don't care how long it takes. I don't care who tells me I can't. I don't care if I'm under equipped and over exposed. I will.
I promise.

This is real for me. It's all I got. Got a ways to go. But it's just like anything else in life that's worth something. It won't come easy.
