In addition to what others have said; they are all framed very tightly. Don't be afaird to zoom out (or if using a prime, back up) to give youself a little space to work with. If it's background elements that are causing you to crop in tightly, maybe try a perspective change.

As for her hair....that's how she wanted it, she kept it that way despite me telling her to brush it back. I dunno. as for "Soft". Like the focus was off? And for the "Pink" C&C...she was very pink. lol

the crop is way to tight on all of these. depends on what you/they were wanting here though. They look like snap shots from a point and shoot so if they are fine, then no big deal, but they dont have any photography appeal to me. regardless, if they are happy with them, then good job.

I'm not trying to start crap (or maybe I am; feeling froggy today), but this kind of "critique" is not helpful. Don't waste time typing this garbage if you're not going to offer any advice.

Okay, since there hasn't been much so far, some C&C per req:

1. The main issue here is that the image is soft. The exposure isn't bad (always a challenge with black and white in the same shot). You have caught one of the key moments, but it could have been better; a move slightly further right and a tighter crop (waist up) would have helped to eliminate some of the distractions in the background. Also, consider, if possible longer glass and larger apertures to help render the background less sharply focused.

2. Her hair bothers me, but you've already explained that, and if that's her wish, she's the bride, it's a wedding, 'nuff said. The image does need to be leveled however as it tilts slightly right. Consider the use of a low-power diffuse flash to help reduce the 'raccoon eyes' in poses like this.

3. I'm afraid this one misses completely. I really had to look to figure out that it was the cake-cutting. This should have been opened up a lot more. The monochrome conversion isn't bad, but could use a bit of a contrast boost.

4. Not bad; could have been opened up more as you've bisected her left arm and his right. The whites are a trifle hot as well.

5. Between her hair and his rather emotionless expression, this one is rather bleah. Watch the bisected left arm and the thin black line on the left side of the image.

Overall, not bad. A few areas for improvement, but as you said, they're happy, and that's what counts.
