I am a creative type that is trying my hand at photography...again. Back in the late 90's while studying graphic design, I took a photography class and purchased a 35mm Canon EOS Rebel 2000. I really did enjoy it, but relied mainly on auto program and never really pushed the technical limits. Now 10+ years later I am ready to devote more time and effort to understand the the technical side of photography. I upgraded from my original rebel to a Nikon D90 with the 18-105mm kit lens. I have also purchased an AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.4D lens and have many more lenses on my wish list. I really hope to use TPF to expand my knowledge and interact with other photographers.
