1. lighting is a bit too harsh for me...
2. the picture seems a bit too over "done?" i don't know if that's the correct term.
what i mean is a bit too blury...and the exposure too harsh and she looks a bit plastic...

Well the problem shooting pics at HIN nightshift events and such is all the strobes, neons, par lights, etc. And then the 250 people walking in front of you when you are trying to take a shot.
