Home gurl looks mighty fine to me! Yeah, phones today are AMAZING, they really are. 5 megapixel, 8-megapixel, backside-illuminated sensors in the newer iPhones, shutter speeds that go very slow and up to over 1/10,000 second, ISO from like 80 to 1,000, f/2.8 lenses, all that stuff, plus video, good screens for playback and zoom. I've made a little over 14,000 pics on my phone in 17 months. I like using the camera in it. If I can HOLD IT STEADY, the pictures are pretty sharp!!!!

These photos actually do a pretty good job of evoking. There's actually a feeling of something like "street" (as in attitude, not as in "street photography") here.

One of the themes I am interested in is this: can we take these cliched facebook snapshots, and make something of the style? This is what "pop art" is supposed to be doing, and while I see hints here and there, I don't see much forward progress, much success.

With these photos, I see some hints of actual ideas, actual portrayals of people, some evocation, maybe even a hint of "art" within the aesthetic if facebook.

Well done. Go forward, keep us (well, keep me at least, if you don't mind) looped. You know when you're doing something good, and when you're just doing some ****ty fashion-y knockoff work, right?

The logo's are nicely designed (the first reminds me of the old Destroyed Denim by Christine Dolce logo... she was something of a MySpace legend) though, and definitely something worth pursuing. There's a lot of opportunity in the graphic design field.

To be blunt, I just don't "get" your photography. The logo's are nicely designed (the first reminds me of the old Destroyed Denim by Christine Dolce logo... she was something of a MySpace legend) though, and definitely something worth pursuing. There's a lot of opportunity in the graphic design field.

For everyone saying you don't get me, This isn't my photography these are Spontaneous cell phone pics for fun n free, look at my other work this isn't the spot to say you don't get me. Or maybe its my bad for posting facebook pics on a photography forum? hmm.

Wow, I didn't mean to be offensive. I have seen, and commented on, your other posts. Regardless if the photo was taken with a 5d or iPhone, you have a certain style that I. just. don't. get. That's not an insult, just saying your style is so different from what I am familiar with that it doesn't make sense to me. That doesn't mean it's bad or "wrong."
