how do I get this effect?

I saw this image on Onone's website, at their photo tools section, I really like it but I couldn't find it in phototools, does anyone know how to make this effect using CS5?

White balance, Saturation, Vibrance, Split Toning, this is probably what you have to adjust.

that photo was made using skin retouching and adding a vintage look, so what ever tools one would use for skin smoothing would help and then hue/saturation controls.

Can do it with a few gradient maps in photoshop too, There is lots of ways to do it!!

Curves.
That image can be recreated by cross processing in curves by playing with the R G B channels of curves. Make S curves or reverse s curves . Hope it helps! Post your result, I d love to see !
