How many credits are required to post images here?

I've tried to post some images and was returned with a basic "not allowed". How many credits (posts) do I have to earn before I can?

Thank you B. Jeweler, I've read through the guide and all worked fine 'till PROCESSING, PLEASE WAIT. and wait and wait and wait, then the error message. The problem was my Firefox script blocker that caused the failure. Once disabled, the process worked just fine.
