How should I place a bid

I have been taking pictures for the local football team all season and was recently asked to place a bid to create a slide show for their Fall banquet. I know I have hundreds if not thousands more images at my disposal than the other local photographers because I attended all games home and away from start to finish. I have never placed a bid and was wondering where do I start? The school district is not big so I don't know how to estimate a price. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You 3CE

They should have bid placement guidelines you would be expected to adhere to.

In other words, you would do better asking them, rather than us.

If they are not going to be keeping the slideshow, just charge for your time putting it together.

If they will be keeping the slide show, then it would be appropriate to also charge for the use of your images in the slide show.

Doing this for a school is not a standard type of assignment. No doubt others have done it, but it's likely the vast majority who did, did it gratis to ensure continued access to school games.
