How to get this photo?

I follow this photographer and always wondered how she got these pics of shooting directly into the sun but while keeping her subject completely lit, she said she doesn't use flash and is a NL photographer.

Find a pregnant woman, shoot into the sunset, illuminate with flash.

No flash? Try bouncing the light with a reflector... Sometimes much more PITA than getting out a flash.

It looks to me like there could have been a white building to the photographer's left, judging by the soft highlights on her face and belly.

Or it could just be a large reflector set up by the photographer.

Looking at this makes me wonder if it would be a good idea to wear shiny clothing that can double as a reflector on photoshoots.

All of her photos are shot directly into the sun and she pulls its of superbly, she has the luxury of shooting at Central Park everyday
