How to make film photo logs?

I have started taking film photos recently and I am still learning. I am now using paper to record the camera and lens settings (aperture, exposure, etc.) for each shot I take. I know there are some apps in Apple App Store doing such things.I believe the records are useful for me as a newbie to learn faster.Any suggestions how I should do the record? :lmao:

When I was doing this it was just a coil-top reporter's style notebook, in this format: Date/Event, Roll #, Frame # SS, Apeture, lens (maybe) and remarks.
