How to post a photo on this forum

I want to post a photo on this forum to get some opinions but don't know how, please help.

well first go to the place for photo critique (its a bit farther down), pick the topic (b&W, people, landscapes) and then click on that picture of the mountain (which is next to the font/etc) and insert the url. if you dont have a photobucket, flickr, get one. then just use the url they give you.
