How would you edit this? (cute dog)

Still kinda new to the whole editing thing and just cant decide what do with this shot. Tell me/ show what you would do to it please. I just don't like the edits/ crops I have made so far. Or tell me its crap with no potential and I'll understand that also. Thanks for any advice.

I'm only seeing one image; I would be tempted to crop just behind the cab and then lay a moderate Gaussian blur over the background to help separate it from the main subect. For future reference, consider using larger apertures (smaller f #s) to acheive shallower depths of field.

Ya that would be good to remember for next time. We were sitting at a light at a busy intersection in lake placid when I looked over and saw this dog just sitting there posing for a pic. So pulled in real fast and barley got this pic off before he moved. Live and learn.
