Huge in bokeh difference between f/1.8 and f/2?

Thank you everyone for your advice. I guess I have to take a look at 200 f/2.8 then but since I already have 70-200 f2.8, I might take a look at wide-angle lens next.

Just got a tokina 11-16 f/2.8 and am LOVING it so far. Heading to New Orleans with it next week and cannot wait.

If you go wide, a word of advice: maybe I just got a bad copy, but I had a tokina 12-24 a few months ago and it was horrendous. Super soft. Tons of glare. I'd avoid that lens if you can. 11-16 has stellar reviews and seems really sharp so far though.
