Went out today to hunt down some fall colors with my new 70-200/2.8 and 1.7TC. Didn't find anything spectacular, but did find some fall shots.

You have some very pretty finds! I like your framing in the last four; they work together as a "fall color" series. Of them all, I find the first one the weakest because it's backlit, and we're missing out on what hints at some very gorgeous yellow-gold. :)

But nice stuff, overall.

You have some very nice captures here Sparky, I am sure you are already enjoying your new lens.
My favorite is #4, I love the texture made by the leaves, then #7 it looks more like Christmas to me, but it is so pretty, a nice find
then # 5, too bad the leaf is torn, well composed and well exposed
I don't care for #6 too plain, and #2, but I like the other ones.

Dang, that is one heck of a sharp lens!
