I have always done anything but people. Flowers, buildings, signs and animals. I got the itch to start shooting people. Got myself a model and went downtown this afternoon... shot about 150 shots, here are just a couple, let me know what you think.

first one would have been good if it was in focus, other two are pretty good

So in other words, you found a way to spend time with a hot girl? Ditto what mrfoot said on the first one, and maybe a little less turned so it doesn't look so awkward around her neck. Two looks defensive. Three is great except that her skin color looks unnatural.

My favorite would have been the third if her skin wasn't so red. It is definitely not her natural skin tone.
The other ones of your model looks like she is on edge.

Thanks, I agree on the second one, I like the softness of the first one, but wouldnt hurt to be focused. The third one shows her skintone, or fake tan, I will see if I can neutralize her skin tone.
