I bought the wrong reverse macro adaptor!

I was hoping to use it on my canon 400d with my standard 18-55mm kit lens.

It fits to the body all right, but it's too small to fit to my lens.



What should I do?

Chalk it up to experience and get the right one, or get a lens that will fit it .

What is the filter size to your kit lens? Wouldn't just getting a set up or set down ring let you use it?

Find out what the thread is and buy an adapter to suit, it should work. The ad says that you could use a step up/down adapter for lenses bigger or smaller than 55mm. This should help you find what you need.
