1)-Do the pinch-on grip levers provide a good grip?
2)Does the lens cap provide the weather sealing and water-resistance that Canon advertises its lens caps have?
3)How does it compare to the lens caps that Canon ships with its kit lenses? Should we trade in our Nikon lens caps and get Canon caps?
4) Why are Nikon lens caps more expensive than Canon lens caps?

Wow. Buying a camera because of the lens cap is kind of like buying a car because of the way the gas cap fits. One man's trash is another man's treasure, I guess...
