Did you receive some bad advice somewhere? My advice, ask the questions that you have, listen to the comments given (good or bad), and take away what you think is relevant. Posting stuff like this isn't going to get you anywhere on this forum. It's a pretty close community (from what I've seen in my short time here) and everyone remembers everything.

This must be some kind of joke. I have seen maybe 2 posts in the past 3 months that had anything to do with working out.
