yeah, it's very small and in the middle of nowhere, up a rocky edge.. beats me.

Is it in a populated area? Looks like it might be the wellhouse for a municipal water system.

Nice looking building Strange place to find something looking like that - Maybe a little retreat or something for someone (monks etc)? Sorta makes me think of buildings etc in Fantasy stories etc
