I wasn't too excited with these, but I am doing some challenging shooting, so I shouldn't complain., bright sun and white birds! O well, it was worth a try, and I am learning.. still no gloves... lol

2 hours waiting for a good swan flight shot! and 2 hours standing on the pier at the lift bridge canal.. good thing my hands have some meat on them!

Thanks Airic., 1-5 were shot at the lift bridge, and the rest @ LaSallle... that lens is just too slow with the 1.4 converter @ 5.6.. need to save some money!

Thanks Jon.. i can't explain it, but sometimes I come home from a day shooting, and just have a bad feeling about the results.. I guess I was just tired. Those Old squaws are so hard to follow, and frezze.. I will keep tring, but I need a faster dang lens.. 500 f2.8 would be good! I saw a used one selling localy for 5,800$$ ouch!

I love the way you've caught the water droplets on this one and the composition is great. What are the tech details as a matter of interest ?(just want to try them out)
