I Need Handholding aka Inquiry about Online Photography-Related Articles

As you may or may not know, I am a Network/Systems Administrator at a local employment-search-assistance facility. One of the things I have set up is a webpage of links to various websites on the internet that have information regarding the topic chosen. Visit nwioic.org to see what I mean. The lastest topic I've added is photography.

And so I turn to my friends here at TPF. Where are online articles discussing basics of photography, lighting, etc that I could link to on my webpage? I do realize I could search for them myself at google or such, but I know that there are many dumb, not-so-good, basically irrelevant articles and someone here has come across a few good ones.

I hope that you all understand what I am attempting to get at and look forward to reading any responses, criticisms and what not....

For someone contemplating a photography business I would recommend www.asmp.org (American Society of Media Photographers).

Wikipedia.org has many relevant pages devoted to basic photography subjects.
