I need some tips...

Alright so this weekend im taking my sisters materinty pictures and also some family pictures of a friend. Im taking them at a park at about sun down about 5pm...does anyone have anytips? im new at this...never really done ppl before accept my son...heres a shot i took of my son...what do you think? what angles are best for children and family poses? what should i watch out for??

please tips would be great...

I'd plan to start earlier than sundown. You won't have much time before the light starts to disappear, and then it's a whole new host of problems to deal with. Start well before sundown, then when the light is great, you will have been shooting for a little while and they should hopefully be comfortable...although with kids, it's often hit and miss.

Okay, I was thinking of starting earlyer...and theres lots of shade at this park! Oh I am so excited! I have my ideas rolling! I love color and have lots of ideas with chalk and a purple blanket....i cant wait! I will post a few of the pictures for C&C...
