I take most of my pictures at amusement parks, check some out!

My father and I got to parks on vacation, it is our main hobby. So generally I love taking photos while at the parks. Here are a few, wouldn't mind getting some opinions.

Except for the first one, that was shot with the kit 16-50.

Posting tons of photos gives us an overall feel for your trips, but this is far too many for detailed C&C.

BTW: if you posted shots from only one place per thread, with some narrative, it would make a much more enjoyable experience for us viewers.

For a detailed critique, I prefer only one. Other members aren't as finicky as I.

For an exposé such as you posted here, there's no standard number, but it would still help if you post more than two to number them.

Some of these were from trying Manual exposure, some Auto. Something I still need to work on.

I actually don't have a polarized filter, do you think it would help? Or are you saying you though that could be the problem?

short critique (and agreeing completely with the others about quantity!) You need to do some serious work on composition, and exposure. those places are really just extreme street photography and composing so the clutter doesn't wipe out the picture is tough.....lots of practice. and a lot of studying street photographers work.

Exposure I know I really need to work on. Plus I know my composition can be off. The way I look at it, is that its better to have a decent shot, rather than nothing.

Ask yourself, what do you want the viewer to see? Example, on a rollercoaster, I would want the viewer to see excitement, fear, joy, etc. So I would have a long lens, zoom in on a group of faces leaving enough vehicle in it for recognition.

Polarizer, filters reflective light like sky's, windshields, water.

Good stuff, but why in the world in the first one centered like that. I'm not complaining, it's just an issue with me. You know what I might say. Of course we do things our way don't we.
