Just picked up my F5 yesterday

Its super fast and has a great feel.

Even works with my SB600.

I just have to get a manual to see what all the extra knobs and switches do?

That's alot of camera..

Hope you use it and take advantage of what it can do well! Chews through film like candy, 8 fps will do that.

The F5 will serve you as long as you wish. I never found it lacking in it's abilities. I love mine, not if I can just remember how to load that memory card in it. Any ideas?
