Get a wireless remote. Go somewhere without bright lights. Set camera in manual. Put it on bulb and around f/8. Compose open the shutter and close when you want. See what you get. Remember once you get around 30 seconds+ stars begin to move but if you like the star trails then don't worry. gl

The image doesnt do anything for me.

You picked up on the bright light, there are wires, the tree is cut, its blurry / out of focus and no subject is apparent in the image.
