In response to my thread

Hello All
I posted a thread on the business board a few weeks ago "new guy needs advice," and in response to the constructive criticism, I'd like to have some more specific opinions. Please take a look and tell me what I could have done better. Any constructive criticism is appreciated, and again, I'd like to thank all those that responded to my earlier thread.
