Went to our annual Photocon where I got to see Peter Hurley speak. Then afterwards, I got to go practice with some models.

Here are two from in the trade room floor and two from a night shoots.

1) Lite with an LED ring light in front and an LED square with a red gel on it.



2) Speedlight and shoot through umbrella for lighting.



3) Streaklight 360 with a 38" Octabox.



4) LED lighting on top and a eyelighter on bottom (clamshell lighting)

Thank you John. Yes, I changed the background color in PS using the new select subject and a new layer with layer mask. Really obvious??

There's some pretty serious artifacting in her hair....

Yeah, I have got to get better with the hair. That tool for selecting and masking works but I still have a ways to go to learn how to properly use it.
