All in all I took two photos from out of the bus window, while our tour bus was going (and going fast). This one is an area high up in the Taurus mountains between Pamukkale and Antalya. I think it composed itself quite nicely (given that I actually did not have much of a choice as to composition as the countryside flew past me).

Taken back in October of last year.

Fantastic.

Nice capture, I like the layers...plains, mountains, and sky. Quite pleasing.

Thank you! :D
When I snatched up the camera and snapped the photo (not quite knowing how it would turn out as the countryside flew past me, like I said), and then saw on the display what I had captured, I was quite pleased with the result, too.

See abraxas: they have little else - but they have the odd tree! :D (All sissies there, aren't they? )

Okay, I'm really sorry I said that.

But I don't see anyone clutching the trunk or clawing at the ground underneath them either.

Wow, Chris! :hugs:
I feel SO honoured! Thank you!

That's really nice, Corinna! Were you using image stabilization?

No. My lenses are all so cheap, none of them has that.
Can't tell how much I wish I had some nicer lenses, but ... el-cheapo is all I can afford.
