Wow! I can see you did a lot of editing here. You ended up with great sharpness and such yummy texture, I think I could feel that ripped up seat through my monitor. The textures, the rich colors, and the contrast all look fantastic. A real winner. Great job!

I didn't do as much as you might think...mostly worked on getting more contrast in the window and removing a few distractions. This is where working in channels really helps when dealing with fabric both in color rendering and contrast along with a tad of selective sharpening here and there. Channels don't only work with color, they also work with every adjustment layer as well as a few other places.
