Can others edit my Photos

Went to shoot an interview with an artist, Anne Curtis, for a newspaper article.
Shot with my D3100 and Tamron 28-75 f2.8. Thoughts? :)

#1 and #2 I wouldn't use
 
Any more thoughts? :)
 
I vote #4. It's the most proper looking of the five.
