Iridology camera.

I have just bought a Minolta X-370s iridology camera and wish to keep the lens but change to a digital camera.
Local camera shops in Hastings, New Zealand are unable to advise what digital camera I can get that will match the diameter and fittings of this film camera.
Sorry, I am not camera-literate, and welcome contact with any camera enthusiasts in New Zealand.

Bad news. It looks like the lens is a manual focus only, and Konica-Minolta has withdrawn from the camera business. It's very unlikely that there are cameras available today that will be compatible with those lenses.

Time to upgrade to digital, perhaps.

Konica-Milnolta sold their camera and film business to Sony in 2006, which is how Sony got started in the DSLR market.
