Is it me or my camera????

Is it possible you changed your picture control settings from standard to neutral or portrait? This would only effect the JPEGS. That in combination with a positive exposure bias you did not notice might give a change similar to what you are seeing.

Just a wild ass guess tho'.
 
I had condensation in my lens when I went from cold/dry to hot/humid as KMH said. It took a while before it all went away.

As was said, if you are/were shooting JPEG then the camera did the processing - maybe you have changed something as the color looks off too in the first photo. It just may be possible that a button was pressed without you knowing it and something got changed ... I know I keep doing that!
 
To my untrained eye, my first reaction was that the white balance was off. Could you have changed it and forgot to adjust when you went outside?
