I noticed a lot of hot and stuck pixels in my long exposure images recently. I was doing some landscape astrophotography and the ones that stand out are the red and blue ones. They are very bright and noticeable. I forgot to enable high ISO noise reduction (i.e. dark frame subtraction) at the time.
Is this normal for all cameras? Do I just make sure I do the dark frame subtractions and not worry about it? Or is it a sign that my sensor is getting old, or needs servicing?
Here is a link to the sample image with bad pixels. Lens cap on, camera at room temperature.
