Is this all I need??

I want to buy a trigger and receiver to play with OCF and I found this and want to make sure it's all I need. It got pretty good reviews for the price. I think I need an adapter to connect the transmitter and my flash. My SB700 doesn't have the hole to connect the cord.

It's all you need. You don't need the synch cable, the hot shoe on the receiver will trigger your flash. I have the cheap Cactus triggers (very similar to those) and they do what they are supposed to do just fine.

For playing around and learning, that's probably all you'll need. I've had some cheap triggers and they were never reliable enough for 'pro' work.
