It's been awhile since I posted--looking for some C&C on a couple of shots

Brought the camera out for some pictures of the kids after they decorated the tree--it's been a long time since I've even had the camera out. Any advice on how to improve will be greatly appreciated. Photos were taken with Nikon D80, tamron 70-200 2.8 lens , and off camera flash (aperture mode at 2.8).

i like the second one! third one feels a little underexposed to me, thats my 2cents for ya

2nd is great, maybe a slighter tighter crop could enhance the subjects a little more because the lights on the left are just a tad distracting.

3rd has great potential as well and with little more post processing and it could really be a winner.

2nd and third are great, I dig the exposures. The lighting on the 2nd makes me think of the morning light coming thru a window.

Didnt like the angle on the first one
