I like it but, it looks like he is looking two different spots :mrgreen:

It would be good to see an edge around his shoulders, on my screen it blends into the background...

he doesn't blend into bg on my screen. I say it's ok. I would use a reflector for just a bit fill, but even without it it's ok

I'm just thinking about if you shot a woman with these bags under her eyes, would you retouch them a bit? oh men... with you it simply doesn't matter

Sometime I think we focus on the technique side of our photography so much that we forget the facial expression in the photo. And I agree the eye bag maybe still too much for a man.
