Just a Reminder

Today was one of the most difficult days of my life. We don't realize how suddenly someone we love can be taken from us, but it is truly staggering when reality reminds us. Please, take a moment to say I love you to all those who are special to you, and all those you can't even bear to imagine life without. It isn't just a Hallmark saying, it's truth, and it's painful.

Today I had to hold the father of a 17 year old boy as he trembled at his son's funeral. He was here and happy on the 4th of July, and only about a week ago, gone in a flash. I'm new to this forum, but I believe the lesson is worth sharing. Never forget those you love. Never take them for granted. Tomorrow, they may be gone forever.

Please say a prayer for the family of Nathan Wheale. I am only his cousin's girlfriend, but I still felt and saw the regret and sadness at that event today. I'd have to be made of stone for it not to have moved me.
