Just upgraded to CS6!

My CS6 just came in the mail.. installed it last night.. some BIG changes from the CS3 I've been using for years. I'm looking forward to this!!! Just had to share my excitement!

I'm not sure why you posted in Off- Topic instead of Graphics Programs, but........

There was a pretty good jump going from CS 4 to CS 5. Going from CS 5 to CS 6 isn't a big jump, so I haven't upgraded yet, but likely will when CS 7 is eminent.

CS 6 launched May 7, 2012, so CS 7 should be due somewhere between November, 2013 and May, 2014.

Yeah, I saw the upgrades and decided I needed it.. waited for my bday so it was a gift.

actually, after using CS5 for what seems like years, every day, i can say that the jump to 6 is significant. they are using a new engine to drive the software. so renderings are a LOT faster. (liquify, and some other filters for example) not to mention the dark interface, -which is whats taking me the longest to get used to and some of the cool new filters, like adaptive wide angle and so on... you'll need a pretty sturdy graphics card to get the most out of it though... I love it.

It's a big jump if you have a new camera.

Buy the D600. They dont retro back the software to open its NEF files. Then she haaaaaaz to let you buy it

My husband job is up dating within in weeks from Cs5 to Cs6. It will be one of those lease plans through photoshop, so he can log on to any computer any where. Also, comes with free updates. I can't wait, since I do some graphic and photo's enchancements for them. Happy for you
