Looks like there is a lot of interesting texture in the picture, but I'm not sure I really like the post processing.

I think the split/duo/monotoning (or whatever it is, I'm not sure) doesn't fit this particular scene. I'm also guessing you did some PS work on the sky, and the masking needs some work. Do you have the original file? I'd be curious to see it without all the work done.
