Kids having Fun in the snow

This image in no way is supposed to be photo realistic and far from it. I was trying to make it look like a painting perhaps an airbrush. It would be awesome if I could find/make a texture to add to it to give an oil painting look with a fan brush or something like that. I know when you print on canvas they can add those textures.
