I think the crop of the photo is just fine. Maybe a graduated filter or polarizer might have helped out the skies a bit.

Very nice photo though...

wow, thats what you see out of your kitchen window?

that being said they sky is a little distracting IMO. i like the sky in the backside but the rain cloud seems to "hover" but thats my observation. take it with a grain of salt.

but again it was a wonder view.

Nice shot. I must agree using a polarizer does improve the picture, the colours are richer too.
