Very nice what gear did ya shoot this with? Not that that's why it's good, I am a photographer and know it's not the gear, but i'm just curious...

I think these are all the 5D II with a Tamron 28-75. #'s 2 and 4 have a bare flash (yongnuo 560 II) off camera, camera left. Thanks.

Here is my opinion: :thumbup:

#1 - I understand what you want to create with this image but i think it doesn't work very well. The image is generally dark, the inferior third which is the main subject (with the two people) deserves more emphasis. I think that with a bluer sky, the image would gain importance!

#2 - Beatiful light and refletions, but i dislike that little piece of sand in the bottom left corner. Without that piece of sand, would give the impression that the pair were in the middle of the ocean

#3 - Nice shot, i only crop a little of sky on the top :thumbup:

#4 - Seems nice to me, may be i try a little closer, that's a very open angle...imo

Think you got enough sky in the first one? The other three aren't bad, good light, excellent exposures. IMO the first one has far too much sky though. I'd crop it in portrait right across the tops of the trees at the edges and see how it looks. It might not work but it's worth a try.

I think that the first one would look good in a square format.

Other than that they are really good!

I like them all, and would be very happy if they were of me The last one looks like they're in heaven or something, seems not totally real! I don't mean it in a negative way - just saying!
