Last night's sky...

First time trying to shoot at night. Usually, I don't get a picture but I dropped the shutter speed way down and put the camera on a tripod...I think it made a pretty cool effect. C&C Welcome!

Was it a windy night?
I am asking because nothing is really sharp in this photo. The clouds aren't and the bush isn't, either. So if the camera was sitting firmly on the tripod for this long exposure, everything else must have been in motion to create this blur. Unfortunately, not even the moon is sharp ... and you upped the ISO and thus got a good (or not so good) deal of noise. With a photo as blurred as this one, I would not even want to suggest you sent it through NeatImage to clean up the noise, for it will become even more blurred in the process.

Try again in a quiet night. Night photography is such fun!
