now that I looked on a computer. I agree that the color version I think is better. The water is lost in the B&W. I like the contrast between the black and the yellowish sand.

The color version just adds so much to your photograph. It brings it to life. The B&W version doesn't come close to conveying the same feeling.

I think I'm trying too hard to bring things into BW. I've got some work to do to find better BW subjects and understanding of the medium
