i have searched between the sites and i found penn foster for online deploma study..

I guess it really depends on where you are starting from - With a Nikon D200 I am assuming you are not just a beginner. I have found the tutorials in the following two websites helpful and instructive:

As a beginner i used to love photo.net and still use it occasionally. It is great for a complete beginner.
