For the extreme wide angle lens you have I suggest you take a very serious look at Formatt Hightech
They have a wide range of ND and GND filters plus in a huge range if sizes.

Actually, I affixed my 77mm wide angle adapter, lee filter holder, and all three filters, and saw no filter holder in the viewfinder. Seems like I can use 3 filters at a time with the Tokina at 11mm, with only mild vignetting in the corners.
