Has anyone ever heard about this company? Are the lenses any good? I seriously couldn't find anything on this...

Many lenses were re-branded. I think, for example, that you could find some lenses that had 'Sears' on the side.
That doesn't really help you, but maybe you could find who was re-branding with the 'Image' name.
