Lightning.

After literally not taking one picture with my camera in about 4 months, Something inside me got me to take it out and shoot the storm tonight. I shot about 200 images, and ended up with only about half a dozen that actually had bolts in them. Of the 6, this is the only shot i deemed presentable. Please excuse the smudge on the lens. Unfortunately I didn't even turn down the ISO. Last time I used it I was shooting Skiing outdoors in the sun.

ISO: 800 (high I know)

Great shot, hard to capture unless you shoot loads of loads! Might want to clean the sensor though......

Excellent. Still waiting to get one myself. Not only did you capture a bolt, you captured a very captivating one. Lots going on there. You can imagine the "power" of nature in this shot.
